FREE WEDDING PACKAGE
For bookings of a minimum of 35 double rooms* for 2 nights, Barceló offers:
- Personalized Wedding Coordinator service
- Beach ceremony with standard setup
- Bridal bouquet and groom’s boutonniere
- Ceremony centerpiece coordinated with the bride’s bouquet
- Welcome beach party with 1 hour of national open bar and Mexican snacks selected by the chef
- Private beach reception (*restrictions apply)
- Banquet includes a 3-course plated menu with 4 hours of service and a national open bar (3 hours for events on Fridays or Sundays)
- Standard hotel decoration (**restrictions apply)
- Basic audio equipment for the ceremony, welcome party, and dinner (includes speaker and microphone)
- Premium bracelets for the couple during their stay
- Room upgrade for the couple (subject to availability)
- Room decoration and amenities for the wedding night
- Romantic breakfast in the couple's room the morning after the wedding
- 1 complimentary room for every 25 paid rooms, starting with the 26th (maximum of 3)
- 1 complimentary night in a double room for an inspection visit (non-refundable or transferable)
CONDITIONS
- Package applies to weddings held Monday to Thursday.
- Weekend package (Friday and Saturday) requires a minimum of 40 rooms for 2 nights and includes a 4-hour event with reception in a Palapa or Beach area, subject to availability.
ADDITIONAL DETAILS
- Basic setup includes tables, white linens, banquet chairs, and color covers of the couple’s choice. No floral or additional decorations included.
- Private reception includes a fixed 3-course menu, national drinks bar, and waiter service.
- Inspection visits are not available during high season or weekends.
- Fees apply for external vendors (audio, DJ, flowers, photography, and makeup). Consult with your Wedding Coordinator.
- 80% of guests must stay at the hotel.
- A $300 USD non-refundable deposit is required to secure the ceremony date and time (via transfer or bank deposit).
- Additional services not mentioned in the package are available at extra cost.
- Non-guest attendees must purchase a day pass.
- In case of inclement weather, an indoor location will be used. The wedding cannot be canceled or refunded.
- External guests require an additional cost.
- Groups larger than 25 people at specialty restaurants require a fixed menu.
- Guests not staying at Palace incur a $15 USD gazebo fee per person.
- Complex hotels (Beach, Caribe, Colonial, Tropical) include national open bar; Palace guests receive a premium bar.
- Photography and video services are provided exclusively by the in-house vendor. External vendors incur a $700 USD fee.
