The following special concessions may apply during the group’s official dates, based on the current block:

PRIVATE EVENTS

• 5-9 rooms or 10-18 hotel nights: One (1) cocktail hour event.
• 10-19 rooms or 20-38 hotel nights: One (1) private event for two (2) hours (can be a cocktail or dinner).
• 20-24 rooms or 40-48 hotel nights: One (1) private event for three (3) hours (can be a cocktail or dinner).
• 25-74 rooms or 50-80 hotel nights: Two (2) private events, each lasting three (3) hours (can be a cocktail, dinner, or both; events must be on different days with a maximum of three hours per day).
• 75-99 rooms or 150-198 hotel nights: Two (2) private events, each lasting four (4) hours (can be a dinner, cocktail, or both; events must be on different days with a maximum of four hours per day).
• 100+ rooms or 200 hotel nights: Two (2) private events, each lasting five (5) hours (can be a dinner, cocktail, or both; events must be on different days with a maximum of five hours per day).
